You did the pruning and now there is a pile you cannot fit in the bin. We load it, take it and dispose of it properly, whether or not we did the cutting.

Yes. Send a photo of the pile and we will quote the removal on its own.
Green waste is our main game. Small amounts of soil are usually fine. For bricks and general rubbish we will point you to someone who does it properly.
